As such, we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the products or services offered on our Website. Any disputes regarding the products or services must be resolved directly between the merchant and the customer.
PAYMENT PROCESSING

If a user is not satisfied with a product or service, they should contact the merchant directly to resolve the issue. ProcessPay is not responsible for handling refunds or returns, unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ProcessPay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
